The Biophysica Zeta Ionization Purifier disinfects water using water ionization technology which dramatically reduces the amount of chlorine used in swimming pools by at least ten times. In Canada, no swimming pool silver systems can be sold and copper systems are available only through our Health Canada approved agent using the AT-40, registration No 25505.
Zeta Potential, carried by copper and silver ions from the electrodes, restructures the water and injects trace amounts of biocompatible atoms and ions into your drinking, cooking, swimming, washing and cooling waters. Only a Zeta ionizer keeps the water safe and sanitary by killing dangerous micro-organisms including parasites and viruses. Consequently Ionization is now augmenting chlorine in drinking water, aquariums, fish farms, swimming pools and hot tubs.
In contrast to oxidizers like chlorine, bromine,ozone, peroxide which are known carcinogenic agents and cause lung damage when inhaled, the Positive Zeta Potential, precious metal atoms and ions (in trace amounts) act as catalysts and do not lose their Zeta electrical charge which has a residual potency lasting for many months.
Copper is a well known algaecide and is commonly used at a trace level of 0.2 ppm to control algae in lakes, ponds, fountains, cooling towers and swimming pools. Silver and many of its compounds have unique antimicrobial properties and are commonly used in hospitals.
Silver ions at trace levels of approximately 0.015 ppm silver are used to control bacteria and viruses. Chlorine works synergistically with ionization and is recommended at a barely detectable level of 0.4 ppm, 1quart (1 litre) of liquid bleach in a typical 30,000 gallon pool.
The Technology uses pairs of electrodes immersed within a sealed chamber in-line with the water flow. Using low voltage electrodes and specific high frequencies, our Zeta Ionizer charges and restructures the water with long lasting trace amounts of biocompatible atoms and ions which remain active for months in the water to kill algae, most bacteria (such as coliform, legionella, staph, MRSA, strep, c.difficile, listeria and many viruses (such as norwalk, polio, HIV, hepatitis).
Chlorine: Chlorinated compounds are acidic, corrosive and bio-incompatible, predisposing to asthma and cancers.
It is now believed by nutritional scientists that the metallic elements Silver, Gold, Zinc, Copper, Magnesium as well as other rarer elements like Selenium are essential for our well-being and maintenance of body systems. Like many other minerals, they have always been present in our food but in diminishing amounts in recent decades.
For each element there is a minimal daily requirement. In the case of Silver, Selenium, Chromium, Iodine and Molybdenum this is around 100 micrograms (0.1 milligrams). For Zinc it is 100 milligrams. For magnesium it is 600 mg. Gold is also likely essential but its requirements are unknown.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommends that the concentration of silver in public drinking water supplies not exceed one milligram per liter of water — one part per million — because of the skin discoloration that may occur from chronic silver exposure.
Without such ultra-trace essential minerals, our ability to resist disease is seriously compromised. Colloidal Silver products, except in the Hydrosol form, have not been approved for sale in Canada. Our colloidal generators will make all of these colloidal mineral waters for water disinfection purposes. We do not sell the colloidal waters.
Safety of Colloidal Silver:
It has been established by EPA (CASRN 7440-22-4) that it is safe to ingest a daily quantity of 350 mcg (micrograms) This is the amount that is contained in one ounce (30 ml) or in six teaspoonfuls of 10 ppm colloidal silver. 10 ppm is generally produced by 10 hours of charging pure water. 25 ppm is generally produced by 25 hours of charging pure water. 3 teaspoonfuls of 25 ppm contains 375 mcg. It is recommended here not to exceed these doses.

Warranty: If you buy an instrument from us, you're entitled to technical support. Call, fax, or e-mail us for help. We will do everything possible to solve your problems. All questions and suggestions are welcome; all advice and support is free. All of our instruments are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. Actually, very few of our units have any problems at all but it's good to know that you are protected. Most problems generally arise from incorrect use, misunderstanding or misinterpretation of user's instructions.
Biophysica and Radionics warranty our devices to be functional and free of defects for 1 year from the date of purchase and will replace defective parts as needed to the original purchaser at no cost to the original purchaser during this time, except for shipping costs. These devices are unique products and are generally returnable only for replacement of defective hardware and software. These devices are factory sealed. Breaking the factory seals voids all warranties.
Please note that lasers and consumable items such as electrodes and light bulbs are not included in the above warranty.
Extended Warranty: Available by special agreement.
Rental: You can also rent some units to be sure it's the one for you, and part of your rental cost can be applied to your purchase.
Return: If you find that you are unsatisfied for any reason, with your instrument, electrodes and accessories, we will accept it back within 2 months with a retesting, restocking charge of 15% per month which is typical in industry, provided that the items are not used, damaged or visibly worn. Any defects will be covered under warranty and not a reason for return of the product. Both seller and user have a mutual obligation to resolve problems, difficulties, defects through our warranty program. Refunds will be transferred to the purchaser by the most inexpensive banking method, preferably Paypal.

Payment through money order or certified personal check is possible. Bank transfer is possible but time-consuming, and error-prone, they charge extra fees at both ends and give minimal exchange value.
Shipping:We generally ship internationally by Canadian Postal Service, express or expedited, insured with a tracking number. Nothing should be sent without some sort of tracking, otherwise it is too easy to go missing. We might also mail the electrodes in a separate envelope so as to be safe.
Shipping by couriers such as UPS, DHL is much more expensive, requires multiple documents and attracts taxations, duties, customs, brokerage, disbursement fees etc.
